1. Who we are

These Terms of Service govern your use of Steadfast (the “Service”), operated by Steadfast. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or using Steadfast, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

3. What we provide

Steadfast is a study-planning tool for students. You may upload or paste syllabuses, review extracted information, build a personal schedule, track assignments and readings, and sync your plan across devices. Some features require a paid subscription.

4. Accounts and security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use Steadfast for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement, security interference, or any activity that harms the Service or other users. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud, or repeated policy violations.

6. Intellectual property

Steadfast owns all rights to the Service, its software, branding, and documentation. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service according to your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute it.

You keep ownership of content you upload (such as syllabuses). You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

7. Payments and subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our online reseller. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles customer service inquiries, billing, tax, and returns. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

8. Service level

We strive to keep Steadfast reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features and availability may change as we improve the product.

9. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior six months, except where prohibited by law.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or behavior that risks the Service or other users. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Steadfast operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
